Menull.ink is a digital menu platform that allows restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and other food service businesses to:

• Create and manage digital menus
• Generate QR codes for easy menu access
• Share menus via custom links
• Track menu views and analytics
• Customize menu appearance and branding

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

As a user of Menull.ink, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Ensure all menu content is accurate and up-to-date
• Include accurate allergen and dietary information where applicable
• Comply with all applicable food safety and labeling regulations

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Menull.ink, including menu items, descriptions, images, and branding materials. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and display such content.

Our Content: Menull.ink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Menull.ink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to Menull.ink, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your menu content
• Process and transmit content as part of the Service
• Create backups for data protection purposes
• Generate thumbnails and previews of images

This license exists solely to enable us to provide the Service and terminates when you delete your content or account.

You may not use Menull.ink to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Misrepresent menu items, prices, or business information

The Menull.ink name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Menull.ink. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You may display the Menull.ink branding on your QR codes and menu pages as provided through the Service. Any other use of our branding requires explicit permission.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on Menull.ink infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content on our Service
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENULL.INK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Menull.ink operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service
• Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
